ZOO GARDEN RENTAL INFORMATION
Security Guards: At the discretion of the Director, events require one guard per 100 people ($22 per guard + actual cost of security service).
Additional Staff Time: An additional hourly rental charge of $22 per hour will apply if the City is required to schedule additional personnel in order to accommodate the event.
Cleaning Fee: Up to $308 when food and beverages are served, for all day weekend rentals and other large events where a cleaning crew is required.
Tables, chairs and bathrooms are not included. Electricity is included. Depending on the event requirements, minimum rental is two hours. General Liability Certificate of Insurance of $1k may apply. ABC regulations apply if serving alcohol.
All bookings require payment in advance to secure the space. Pavilion deposit requirements apply to wedding and meeting reservations and cancellation of bookings will forfeit the deposit. Event deposits follow Outdoor Facility Use Guidelines.
In case of inclement weather, the applicant may request a refund of usage fees (subject to an administrative fee) or reschedule the reservation date.
