Pricing at the Pavilion on the Lake is determined by which room your event will take place, and how long your event will last. Please find your category below to view a detailed price sheet.

Atascadero residents receive a different rate because their taxes already help partially fund the facility. Non-profits groups receive a discount with a valid tax id number.

With a flexible floor plan, the Pavilion is suitable for all of your meeting needs. The Great Room features approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake.

Meeting space can accommodate up to 150 guests classroom set-up, 300 guests banquet set-up and 400 guests assembly set-up. Attached is a lakeside patio and balcony, large carpeted lobby with complete restroom facilities, plus an additional break-out room. The Great Room can be divided into two rooms for smaller parties.
